1. Program Overview
The Freedom Contractors Referral Program (the "Program") allows participants ("Referrers") to earn a $250 cash bonus for each qualified referral ("Referee") who completes a deck construction, patio cover installation, or pergola installation project with Freedom Contractors. By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility
To participate in the Program:

• Referrers must be existing or past customers of Freedom Contractors or individuals within Freedom Contractors' serviceable areas.

• Referees must be new customers who have not previously contacted or worked with Freedom Contractors.

• Both Referrers and Referees must reside within Freedom Contractors' serviceable areas. A list of serviceable areas is available at freedomcontractors.net/locations.

3. Qualified Referrals
A referral is considered qualified if:

• The Referee contacts Freedom Contractors and mentions the Referrer’s name and contact information such as a phone number, home address, or unique referral code at the time of inquiry.

• The Referee’s project involves deck construction, patio cover installation, or pergola installation.

• The Referee’s project is valued at $15,000 or more by Freedom Contractors Inc..

4. Referral Bonus

• The Referrer will receive a $250 cash bonus once the following conditions are met:

  1. The Referee signs a contract with Freedom Contractors for a qualified project.

  2. The Referee pays the initial 10% deposit as outlined in their contract.

• The $250 bonus will be paid to the Referrer within 30 business days after the Referee’s deposit is received.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for other rewards or services.

5. Program Limitations

• There is no limit to the number of qualified referrals a Referrer can make.

• Referrers may not refer themselves, their immediate family members, or members of their household.

• Freedom Contractors reserves the right to disqualify any referral that does not meet the Program’s eligibility requirements or is deemed fraudulent.

6. Program Exclusions
The following are excluded from the Program:

• Projects valued by Freedom Contractors Inc. below $15,000.

• Referrals made by Freedom Contractors employees, contractors, or their immediate family members.

7. Privacy
Freedom Contractors will use the personal information provided by Referrers and Referees solely for the purpose of administering the Program. By participating, Referrers and Referees consent to the collection and use of their information as outlined in Freedom Contractors’ Privacy Policy, available at freedomcontractors.net/privacy-policy.

8. Program Modifications or Termination
Freedom Contractors reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

• Disqualify any Referrer or Referee who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent activity.

9. Limitation of Liability
Freedom Contractors is not responsible for:

• Any errors or omissions in the administration of the Program.

• Any technical issues, including but not limited to website malfunctions or referral link errors.

• Any disputes between Referrers and Referees.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes arising from the Program will be resolved in the courts of Colorado.

11. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the Freedom Contractors Referral Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
